Originally from Ontario, Dr. Jen earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. During her undergraduate studies, she published research examining the effects of athletic taping on low back pain in rowing athletes, fostering a strong interest in sports injuries, movement, and evidence-based care.
Drawn by Alberta’s active lifestyle, Dr. Jen made the move west after graduation. Her philosophy is simple: movement is medicine. She believes personalized chiropractic care, rehabilitation, patient education, and acupuncture empower people to recover, stay active, and perform at their best.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Jen enjoys snowboarding, swimming, running, cycling, and training for her first IRONMAN 70.3. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing everyday aches and pains, or working toward a new fitness goal, Dr. Jen is committed to helping you move with confidence and get back to doing what you love!

The MedX Lumbar extension Machines have been clinically proven to be extremely effective in the treatment of chronic back pain.. Until MedX developed their patented restraint systems, there was never an effective way to isolate and strengthen the muscles of the spine. Shockwave therapy accelerates the healing process in the body by stimulating metabolism and enhancing blood circulation to regenerate damaged tissue.
