During this visit a comprehensive health assessment is completed while going over your primary concerns and health goals. You will leave this appointment with a plan in hand.

Building on everything in the Baseline Healthspan Assessment, this package adds advanced VO₂ max and grip strength testing, precise Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) measurement, and a personalized nutrition, training, and supplement strategy. Includes a 3-month follow-up to review progress and adjust your plan for long-term results.

This comprehensive assessment is the first step in determining whether you are a candidate for ultrasound-guided injection therapy. During your visit, your naturopathic doctor will review your symptoms, medical history, medications, allergies, previous treatments, and any available imaging. Together, we will discuss treatment options, expected outcomes, safety considerations, and whether an injection is likely to help you achieve your goals.
