Dr. Jessica has a general practice and enjoys seeing patients of all ages and health concerns. She takes an integrative approach and is passionate about helping you make informed decisions about their health. In addition to your health history and symptoms, she utilizes functional assessments and laboratory testing to gather more information. Depending on your concerns, she may incorporate a variety of tools such as lifestyle guidance, manual therapy, biotherapeutic drainage, bioelectricmagnetic therapies, natural health products, intravenous therapies, regenerative injection therapies, and prescription pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Jessica graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, ON. Prior to naturopathic studies, she completed a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree from the University of Windsor. She has a professional interest in sports medicine and pain management.

Dr. Jessica is a lover of all things outdoors: running, swimming, hiking, camping and gardening.
