I’ve participated in competitive basketball and ultimate frisbee, and that led to the opportunity to attend tournaments around Canada and USA, including the World Ultimate Club Championships. As a competitive athlete, I’ve had my fair share of injuries including sprains, strains, and fractures. However, it was from those experiences where I developed my passion for human anatomy and rehab.
My goal is to empower people to reach their health goals and to get them back into doing what they love. By using an evidence-based approach, I provide one-on-one care and collaborate with you to develop an effective plan. Through manual treatments, acupuncture, exercise therapy, education, soft tissue techniques and more, I will work with you to get to you to your best self. I’m here to be your advocate on your wellness journey and offer techniques to help you accomplish long-lasting results.

This is a 1 hour appointment of Performance Therapy. This session is entirely dedicated to exercise assessment, prescription and programming, rehabilitation, and prehabilitation. This appointment is for those who are interested in preventing injuries, optimizing their movements, moving pain free, and/or building their body up from a strong foundation. Learn the fundamentals and progress through plateaus by working with a coach with the know-how of a physio. *No manual therapy will be provided during this session*.
