Dr. Schultz began her studies at Brock University earning an Honours Physical Education degree while volunteering as the Varsity Volleyball Team athletic therapist. She continued her studies in the USA at National University of Health Sciences where she obtained both a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Anatomy and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Schultz furthered her studies in chiropractic obtaining a 4 year Diplomate in Chiropractic Pediatrics and certifications as a chiropractic sports physician and Graston Technique provider. She has since gone on to teach for the International Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics and has been published in the Journal of Chiropractic Pediatrics. She has mentored chiropractic students as a member of the Ontario Chiropractic Associations Practice Realities Panel and continues to provide guidance to students interested in pursuing a chiropractic degree. Dr. Schultz believes in providing well rounded care to her patients. She focuses on soft tissue therapy, along side adjusting and exercise suggestions because she believes that individuals should take ownership in their personal health too. Her motto is that mobility brings longevity to ones' life. She spends her spare time coaching soccer for multiple teams including a Showcase team with Burlington Force Academy and semi-professional teams under Hamilton United. She is also an integral part of the fitness and medical teams in these clubs. On a personal note, she enjoys reading, fitness and spending time watching her family.

Using observation and slow motion video footage of you running on our treadmill we look at foot placement, stride length, leg alignment, arm swing, shoulder control and head posture. We may also do specific tests on joints and muscles to assess flexibility and strength. We will then tailor a program to address any problems identified. This may be physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation, a program of strengthening or stretching exercises and specific running drills.
Follow-Up appointments consists of a quick re-assessment and treatments that and may consist of but are not limited to manipulations, soft tissue treatment including ART, exercises, stretches, modalities and acupuncture.

New Injury appointments consists of an assessment of the new injury and treatments that may contain but are not limited to manipulations, soft tissue treatment including ART, exercises, stretches, modalities and acupuncture. This visit will be centered around the new-injury and there is often not time to work on old injuries during the same appointment.
