Dr. Allen graduated with distinction from Brock University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He continued his education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated in 2013. Dr. Allen has continued yearly to update himself on current treatment and education methods to provide the best evidence-based care for his patients.
Dr. Allen welcomes all but has a special interest in treating office workers, post-partum patients, headaches, and neck pain. His approach is evidence-informed, patient-centered, and rooted in care that is equitable and inclusive. He employs a variety of techniques including spinal and extremity adjustments/mobilizations, soft tissue therapies and active rehabilitation. He believes in educating and empowering his patients.
Dr. Allen has centered his education for the management of Concussions, Osteoarthritis and Postpartum care, which he focuses on active rehabilitation and education to ensure that each patient is able to achieve their health and wellness goals.
Dr. Allen’s Interests outside of the clinical setting includes Music, Art, and Food.
