Dr. John Del Col holds an honors degree with a Specialization in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at CMCC.
With extensive experience in injury rehabilitation and chronic pain relief, he is dedicated to helping his patients lead more active, mobile, and pain-free lives through personalized one-on-one treatments and tailored recovery plans.
Dr. John offers a variety of techniques and treatment options - including; Joint Mobilizations, Spinal manipulative therapy, Active Release Techniques, Functional integrated acupuncture, and Soft tissue therapy.
He also offers corrective medical products such as Back braces, Custom knee braces and Custom Orthotics.

Follow up treatment typically consists of a combination of manual therapy, stretching, mobilization, education, and physical rehabilitation exercises. Each treatment is tailored to you and to optimize your health and recovery.

This appointment is required if you are interested in getting custom-made orthotics. A thorough assessment will analyze your gait and any biomechanical issues that may be contributing to your foot, ankle, hip, knee or back pain.

All new patients require an assessment before receiving treatment. This appointment will go through your medical history, a detailed physical exam and orthopedic testing to diagnose your condition. An explanation of results and a discussion of yout treatment plan will be explained after the exam. Following the exam and assessment a treatment is provided with this visit.
