My name is Johnny Cheong and it is my absolute pleasure to introduce myself as one of the two chiropractors serving the community out of Sunshine Valley Family Chiropractic. I graduated from Western University in London, Ontario with a Bachelor's of Science in Medical Cell Biology and a Bachelor's of Health Science in Health Sciences. This marked the true beginning of my chiropractic journey.
My love for fitness coupled with my desire to play a pivotal role in healthcare led me to the doorsteps of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Over a span of 4 grueling years, we studied every aspect of the human body from pathologies of disease to human cadaver dissections. This imbued in me not only the innate drive to constantly learn and grow, but most importantly, the ability to relieve pain through chiropractic care. It is my promise to you that I will diligently provide patient-centered, evidence-based care to help you live a happier, healthier life!

This is an extended subsequent visit for patients who would like a little more time with the doctors. Treatment will be 30 minute instead of 15 minute. More time will be spent on soft tissue and rehabilitation. We schedule 40 minutes to allow for proper sanitation protocols and minimize waiting room occupancy.

Treatments are patient specific and may include modalities such as soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription, joint mobilizations and adjustments as well as condition education.

This is a 40 minute initial session for patients who have never been to the clinic before or who have not seen either Dr. Brittany or Dr. Johnny. During this time the doctors will perform a thorough history, physical assessment and provide a patient specific treatment plan. You will also receive your first treatment during this session. Please note, we schedule 60 minutes to allow for proper sanitation protocols and to minimize waiting room occupancy.

This is a 30-40min assessment which includes a thorough history, physical assessment and a patient specific treatment plan. First treatment will also be included in this session!

Please ensure to have your claim number and date of accident. Our Orthotic Assessment and Fiitting includes a comprehensive physical exam of the foot, knee and hip. Using the latest 3D scanning technology, we will image the foot for customized fabrication of your orthotic. Once the assessment is over, we will also go over some exercises to help strengthen the foot and ankle. Assessment is free with purchase of orthotics.
