Dr. Jonathan (Jon) Yu grew up in Hong Kong and spent the greater part of a decade in the Toronto area. He completed a BSc in Kinesiology at McMaster University in Hamilton before completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2018.
Dr. Yu takes a holistic approach to health care as part of his treatments. As part of his protocol, he also believes in addressing lifestyle, diet, and ergonomic concerns that contribute to pain and ill-health.
Dr. Yu addresses patients of all ages and at all life stages. He takes a diversified approach to chiropractic care utilizing the drop-table and instrument-assisted adjustments. He is also a proponent of the Pain Neutralization Technique.
In addition to English, Dr. Yu speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
When not treating patients, he enjoys hiking, and playing soccer and basketball.
