- Select if you are currently an active chiropractic patient at our clinic but present with a new chief complaint since your last visit (ex. new onset of low‑back or neck pain) or if you have had a trauma since your last visit (ex. involved in a motor vehicle accident, sport injury, fall, or broken bone). A re-examination is necessary in order to assess your current health status and make sure that your chiropractic needs have not changed given your new injury or trauma. ** Please note that the listed fee does not include an adjustment. ** An additional fee of $40 may apply should x-rays be required.

- Select if you have previously been a chiropractic patient at our clinic but your last adjustment dates back 6 to 24 months. A reactivation examination is required to update your file and assess your current chiropractic needs. - Select if you are under regular chiropractic care at our clinic and were advised by Dr. Josée to book a reassessment.
