- Select if you have previously been a chiropractic patient at our clinic but your last adjustment dates back 6 to 24 months. A reactivation examination is required to update your file and assess your current chiropractic needs. - Select if you are under regular chiropractic care at our clinic and were advised by Dr. Josée to book a reassessment. - Select as a follow-up appointment to any examination (new patient initial examination, reassessment, re-examination or reactivation examination).
