Dr. Joseph Amaral

Dr. Amaral completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University, where he developed a strong foundation in human anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise science. He then earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences, gaining extensive experience assessing and treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

Today, Dr. Amaral is dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based care that helps patients move with confidence and get back to doing the things they enjoy most. Whether someone is dealing with back or neck pain, recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to improve their overall physical function, he takes the time to understand their goals and create a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs.

His approach combines chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitation exercises, and patient education to address the root cause of pain rather than simply treating symptoms. Dr. Amaral believes that the best outcomes occur when patients are actively involved in their recovery and equipped with the knowledge and tools to take control of their health.

When he’s not in the clinic, Dr. Amaral enjoys staying active through fitness and sports, exploring new destinations through travel, and spending quality time with family and friends.
