Dr. Julia is a chiropractor, acupuncture provider, and certified Pilates instructor providing care for patients of all ages. She graduated with honours in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario and summa cum laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Julia has additional training in neurofunctional acupuncture through McMaster University and incorporates Pilates-based rehabilitation into her care. She has a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, as well as providing gentle care for pediatric patients, and works with individuals and families to support movement, strength, and overall function through patient-centred care.

A comprehensive initial visit for new patients or those returning after two years or more. This appointment includes a detailed assessment, discussion of pregnancy or postpartum concerns, and a personalized care plan. C-section scar care may include gentle soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, Dolphin Neurostim, postpartum rehab exercises, chiropractic adjustments, and mobilizations to help support tissue mobility, reduce tension, and improve comfort as your body heals after birth.
For those patients needing care for multiple complaints or injuries in one session, or for those who prefer longer follow up visits. Treatment may include manual therapy, soft tissue treatment, acupuncture, education and rehabilitation advice. Please only book this appointment if you are 12 years of age or older and have already been seen for an initial assessment by one of our doctors.
