Dr. Julia is a Naturopathic Doctor who received her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from McMaster University in Life Sciences. Her background in science and research is a cornerstone of her practice – ensuring that evidence-based medicine is the focus of her treatment plans.
Dr. Julia is passionate about finding the balance between enjoying the indulgences in life and focusing on your health & wellness. She incorporates that approach into the plans she develops for her patients. She also recognizes the importance of working collaboratively with her patients and their various practitioners to reach their health and wellness goals.
Dr. Julia welcomes patients with a variety of concerns including, but not limited to: Perimenopause & Menopause, Thyroid conditions, Weight management & Metabolic health, Digestive concerns including IBS, bloating, constipation, acid reflux, SIBO & IBD, Fatigue & Insomnia, Skin concerns such as acne & eczema and Mental Health.
Dr. Julia holds her therapeutic prescribing license which allows her to prescribe hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Outside of seeing patients, you can find Dr. Julia spending time with her friends & family, trying out a new restaurant in town, or at a spin class. She also will not hesitate to show you a picture of her fur-baby if you ask!

Vitamin B12 injections can help to treat deficiencies, boost energy, improve fatigue, mood, and metabolism. This appointment includes one B12 injection at a dose determined by your ND. If you have had blood work done to assess your B12 level, please bring a copy to this appointment.
