Please book this session upon recommendation of orthotics from chiropractor or medical doctor. This is a complimentary session for a gait analysis and orthotic fitting. Prices for orthotics: $499+tax $150 deposit for casting to be sent out Remaining balance to be paid upon receiving orthotics.

Full treatment of dry needling Billed under chiropractic license Needles will be placed in specific body area. Stim unit may be used. Can add-on red light for additional $15
