Standard follow-up visit for returning patients. During this visit we may discuss your progress so far, any concerns you may be having with your treatment plan, and whether any adjustments are necessary to reach your health goals.

For new patients, or if it has been 5+ years since your last visit. During this visit we discuss a thorough health history, establish patient goals, and determine a suitable starting treatment plan.

Longer follow-up visit, please choose this option if it has been over a year since your last appointment (or, if you feel more interview time is required).

This appointment is only for patients who have vitamin B12 injection therapy as part of their ongoing treatment plan. If the patient desires/requires a follow-up appointment (for discussion of treatment plan and goals) then a standard (or short) follow-up visit must be booked instead, during which the B12 injection will performed.

This appointment is only for patients who have vitamin D3 injection therapy as part of their ongoing treatment plan. If the patient desires/requires a follow-up appointment (for discussion of treatment plan and goals) then a standard (or short) follow-up visit must be booked instead, during which the D3 injection will performed.
