This appointment will start with an intake and assessment to identify your imbalances and understand which systems require support. We will then move into acupuncture treatment, which includes the insertion of tiny needles into specific points of your body to address your health concerns and support healing.

Andrea will review your health history with you, paying specific attention to your main concerns. A Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis will be given, followed by acupuncture, gua sha, cupping and facial massage. This is a very relaxing and rejuvenating treatment.
Book this treatment only if you've completed the Cosmetic Acupuncture - Initial Visit. Andrea will do a brief examination and continue with acupuncture, cupping, light therapy and facial massage. This treatment is wonderful in slowing down the aging process for you to look your best for events or functions. This appointment begins with a 15-minute intake to review your health status and goals. Dr. Kate will begin the treatment with a relaxing gua sha facial massage to increase circulation and lymph flow in your face. This will be followed by the insertion of body acupuncture points to support foundational health imbalances that may be effecting your skin. Finally, facial acupuncture points will be inserted in specific locations to target your particular skin concerns. For optimal results, 4-6 sessions should be booked weekly or every other week.
Facial rejuvenation acupuncture is a non-invasive Traditional Chinese Medicine technique that involves placing acupuncture needles in different points on the face to target wrinkles, fine lines, discoloration and redness.
