Dr. Kate Klein is a licensed naturopathic doctor in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario & Registered Social Worker.
During her naturopathic medical program, Dr. Klein completed a clinic rotation at Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (RSNC), the Brampton Naturopathic Teaching Clinic, a one of kind naturopathic medical clinic located within the Brampton Civic Hospital, & a community health clinic, Queen West CHC, where she had a focus on mental health and chronic illness.
Prior to becoming a licensed naturopathic doctor, Dr. Klein was a practicing social worker working with children and families, vulnerable populations, and those in crisis.
Dr. Klein's believes in identifying the underlying reason(s) for our health concerns in order to provide the best solutions for optimizing one's physical and mental health.

Book in for a free meet and greet to learn more about the sessions or ask questions. Therapeutic advice will not be provided during this session. These sessions will be offered virtually, either through video or audio to minimize in person contact. At the time of your appointment a link to connect will be sent to your email.
Certified Nurse Psychotherapists (CNP) provide a unique and helpful approach to treating various mental health conditions. The benefits of seeking mental health counselling from a CNP include: 1. They can evaluate and develop a personalized care plan that addresses a person's needs more effectively. This can include the type of therapy, medications, and other treatment options that will work best for your unique symptoms. 2. Access to counselling and prescription medication (if needed) doesn't involve long wait times. 3. It is a holistic approach, CNPs are trained in the nursing model to consider the whole person when addressing mental health issues. They take into account the person’s background, lifestyle, family dynamics, and other variables that can influence mental health.
An extended session is 100 minutes total.
