Dr. Katie earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto, after completing her Kinesiology degree at McMaster University. She is also a certified acupuncture provider, offering a comprehensive and balanced approach to care.
Specializing in diagnosing and treating spinal conditions, full-body injuries, and concussion rehabilitation, Dr. Katie delivers personalized treatment plans incorporating a variety of techniques such as spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, cupping, active rehabilitation, and more. She is also certified in the Webster technique, a gentle and effective chiropractic method used during pregnancy.
Passionate about working with children, pregnant moms, athletes, and families, Dr. Katie is committed not only to treating symptoms but also to empowering her patients with practical guidance on exercise, ergonomics, injury prevention, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
