This appointment is for new patients between the ages of 0-9 years old. The patient's parent or legal guardian will speak with our doctors over the phone. During this 15 minute phone appointment you will discuss the patient's health history and goals for seeking chiropractic care at our office. A secondary appointment will then take place in person, in which the patient will undergo a physical assessment. The secondary appointment is 30 minutes in length. Both appointments are included in the $120 initial fee.
