A scholarship rugby player during his college days at Life Chiropractic College West in the Bay Area, CA, Dr. Keith has had his fair share of injuries, but chiropractic care and a dialed in routine has always brought him back to health. He’s settling into more easy-going activities now that he’s no longer in his 20’s, but it doesn’t stop him from testing his own physical limits while snowboarding, golfing, XC skiing, running and weight lifting.
Dr. Keith is a born and raised Calgarian whose love for the province is second only to the people he shares his life with – his wife Charlotte, daughter Sloane, and dog Leo. On Saturdays, you may spot him drinking coffee at Deville (his go-to cafe) or making his rounds at the Quarry Lake dog park in Canmore. When it comes to wellness, his hot take is “you get out what you put in.”
