Dr. Kevin Medland, DC

Dr. Medland is an expert in utilizing Diversified and Thompson forms of adjustments, along with deep muscle stripping techniques to aid in recovery. He has a special focus on treating young athletes, particularly in hockey, football, gymnastics, and dance. He firmly believes that core strength and flexibility are the keys to maintaining optimal health and wellness, which is why he enjoys practicing yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi. During the summer months, Dr. Medland can be found kayaking in Algonquin or mountain biking.

Dr. Medland is also a dedicated sports fan, spending his winters cheering for the Habs and watching the Leaf’s collapse in the spring.

His philosophy of "A before B" emphasizes the importance of abs and core strength before tackling other areas of the body. Dr. Medland's commitment to excellence and his passion for helping patients achieve optimal health make him a valuable asset to the Total Rehab team.
