Dr. Schneberk, Dr. TCM graduated from the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Vancouver (ICTCM) in 2002 at the top of her class, completing 4 of her total 8 years of study in both Eastern and Western medicine. Upon her graduation from ICTCM in 2002, and successful completion of the Provincial Acupuncture licensing exam, she achieved the highest level of certification in BC by completing the Provincial Doctorate Licensing Exam for Traditional Chinese Medicine entitling her to the designation of Dr.TCM. Since then, she has worked with a diverse patient population throughout the lower mainland, in both private and public institutions, focused mostly on the treatment of substance use and mental Illness. From 2017-2022, she was a member of the CTCMA (now CCHPBC) Board of Directors, and served as Vice-Chair from 2019-2021 and from 2015-2023, she received successive years of appointment by the Minister of Health as a professional member to the Healthcare Practitioners Special Committee for Audit. Constantly learning, Dr. Schneberk has completed extensive post graduate training in many areas of practice that are of special interest to her, including palliative and end-of-life care, as well as trauma informed practices and Indigenous Cultural Safety and Humility. Since moving to the North Shore in 2002, Dr. Schneberk has taken advantage of many of the athletic opportunities that it offers. From trail running to cycling and skiing, she does it all. Her greatest passion however is for open water/ocean swimming. As part of the Moveo team, her person-centred approach strives to meets patients where they are at; integrating various treatment styles to best suit one's need. Dr. Schneberk welcomes all patients with acute, chronic and general health maintenance needs as well as those with life limiting illnesses or seeking additional palliative care supports.
