Dr. Kirsten Plume has been providing wellness based chiropractic care to families in the Waterloo Region since 2012. She uses a variety of adjusting styles and strives to provide the most effective care for each individual patient. Dr. Kirsten has extensive training in Pediatric and Pregnancy Chiropractic care and love to see expectant Moms and their kiddos in the office!

This appointment is used to commence HTMA testing. The time slot you choose will be for your 15 min consult call. The fee includes: - consult call (to go over health concerns) - hair test kit (sent by mail) - 12 week nutritional and lifestyle recommendations based on intake and HTMA results - video overview of the results and recommendations.
This 45 min appointment is for people who have never seen Dr. Kirsten before. Your full history, exam and x-rays as needed will be included in the appointment fee.
This 45 min appointment is for children 12 and under, who have never seen Dr. Kirsten before. A full health history and exam will be performed in this 45min appointment. X-rays are included when deemed necessary.
