I have a passion for helping high-achieving women reclaim their energy and get back to performing at the level they know they're capable of. I work with women who are high-functioning on the outside but know something is off on the inside.
My approach is rooted in sustainable wellness. I work collaboratively with my patients to build health habits that are realistic, manageable, and designed to fit into a busy life rather than the other way around. We start with the foundations and work together to find what actually works in the long term.
Education and health advocacy are central to everything I do. Every appointment is built around giving my patients clarity to help them make confident decisions about their health long after they leave my office.
I have a clinical focus in women's health across all stages of life, including chronic low energy and fatigue, perimenopause and menopause, PCOS, fertility support, weight management, thyroid health, anxiety and stress.
I have a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Brock University and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, ON. I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in good standing with the Manitoba Naturopathic Association (MNA).
