This follow up is for ONLY acupuncture, it does not include other modalities (cupping etc). Please book this appointment if you only require/prefer acupuncture.

This follow up appointment is approximately 50-60 minutes. This appointment is for ONE side of the body, and may also include cupping, guasha, moxa, electro-acupuncture.

This follow up appointment is for patients with multi-conditions/multiple body parts/multiple injuries, that require longer treatments. Book this appointment to book FIRE CUPPING. If you need more than one body part treated, or have multiple conditions, please book this appointment to allow for adequate time to cover all areas of concern.

This follow up appointment is for patients with multi-conditions/multiple body parts/multiple injuries, that require longer treatments. This appointment includes prone (face down) and supine (face up) positions. This appointment is for approximately 90 (ninety) minutes, and is required to treat complex conditions. If you need more than one body part treated, or have multiple conditions, please book this appointment to allow for adequate time to cover all areas of concern.

Follow up appointments for seniors over 65+ or youth under 16 years old. This appointment is approximately 50-60 minutes long. Book this follow up for conditions on ONE side of the body. This treatment may also include cupping, guasha, moxa, and or electro-acupuncture.

Please book this if your condition requires more time or if you have multiple locations (neck and knee, or neck and low back, or low back and knee, etc) and you want to book the LLLT as well.

This treatment is booked when you are a new patient, have a new condition to be addressed, or have not been seen in over one year. This appointment includes a full assessment of your current condition, and recommendations for follow up appointments, herbal recommendations, diet & lifestyle recommendations, etc. Most initial assessments require 6-10 follow ups. It is recommended that you book these follow ups when booking your initial assessment to ensure availability.

This class is approximately ninety (90) minutes. Please allow for flexibility in your schedule as the class may run a few minutes shorter or longer.

This class focuses on yin yoga for the lung meridian (the organ related to fall); a mini acupuncture session focussed on opening and aligning with the heart meridian; topped off with a guided meditation session for deep relaxation. Join us for a yoga intensive class. This class combines acupuncture and yoga Nidra (guided meditation) to set you up for a deeply relaxing state of mind. Dress in loose, comfortable closing. Bring socks, and a yoga mat. Acupuncture will be focussing on the head area.
