As a Naturopathic Doctor, she believes in identifying the root cause of any illness and that holistic healing begins by honouring the body’s innate wisdom.
Whether you’re facing a new diagnosis or a chronic health issue, Kristen believes that balance is often best achieved through simple, sustainable lifestyle and nutritional modifications. She helps patients navigate their health with genuine care that is honest, supportive and well-researched.
Kristen has a particular focus on digestive issues, women’s health, and supporting stress and fatigue. She also has additional training in acupuncture for facial rejuvenation, skin issues, and for pregnancy and labour. She is a trained Reiki practitioner.
Kristen recognizes the powerful relationship between mind and body, and believes that multiple paths toward healing are available. Her philosophy is to harness the body’s natural healing mechanisms while respecting traditional healing modalities and their lineages.

In all follow up appointments we review how your treatment plan is progressing and how you are feeling. We go over any lab work results that may have been done, and make appropriate adjustments to your treatment plan.
Follow-up appointments begin by focusing on your healthcare progression. Acute conditions are addressed and treatment plans are reviewed along any new concerns. Treatments may include Acupuncture, Botanical Medicine, Counseling, Guided Meditation, Homeopathy, Hydrotherapy, Lifestyle Modifications, Nutrition and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
