Kristin Zukowski has worked in the mental health field for approximately 18 years and is now expanding her practice to include holistic health through acupuncture. After three years of dedicated study and practice, she graduated from MacEwan University’s Acupuncture program and is passionate about blending her extensive mental health experience with the natural, holistic benefits of acupuncture.
Specializing in treatments for depression, anxiety, fertility, and pain management, Kristin believes that acupuncture offers a powerful complement to conventional mental health care. Her personal journey with acupuncture’s healing effects inspired her transition into this field, and she’s dedicated to helping her clients achieve similarly transformative results.
Kristin values the therapeutic relationships she builds with her clients, finding great fulfillment in listening to their concerns and guiding them through their healing journeys. After nearly two decades of working in mental health, she’s confident that acupuncture can provide a deeply effective adjunct to traditional treatments for mental health conditions.
When she’s not helping clients, you can find Kristin soaking in nature on a quiet walk, whipping up new recipes in her kitchen, or challenging friends to a lively game of Phase 10 – always with a side of good company and laughter.
