Dr. Kritika Soin earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She is committed to evidence- based, holistic care, combining hands- on manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and clear patient education to help patients fee confident in their recovery and long term health. Her treatment approach may also include electroacupuncture, cupping, and Active release Techniques (ART) when appropriate.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Soin enjoys living the active lifestyle she encourages in her patients. She can oftenbe found attending pilates, hot yoga, or spin classes, lifting weights to support joint and bone health. or hiking with her dog, Rio. She also values quality time with friends and family - especially over great food and lots of laughter.
