Spinal consultation for children ages 0-5 with the chiropractor to assess the musculoskeletal system and to provide additional education to patient.

Appointment to be assesed for a Bregg Custom Made Knee Brace.

MVC Treatment

Patient comes in to re-evaluate new area that cause discomfort or pain that requires extra time.

Initial Assessment with the Chiropractor with Biomechanical Exam for an order of Orthotics ($85 for Assessment + $175 required deposit towards the Orthotics which cost $500)

Custom made orthotics $500 per pair (may have additional currency exchange fee). *Please check with insurance company regarding coverage requirements.

10 MINUTE PHONE CONSULTATION

Patient is returning to treatment after one year.

Patient is returning to care after an absence of over 3 months.
