Dr. Laura Custode is passionate about helping people and believes that empowering her patients to understand their bodies and health is the foundation of lifelong wellness.
Dr. Custode graduated with First Class standing from Brock University in 2014 with an Honours Bachelor degree in Kinesiology. She went on to graduate from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, and also became certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture in 2018. She provided care to the Niagara Region until relocating to Ottawa in 2022.
When she isn’t at the clinic, Dr. Custode can be found experimenting with new recipes, practicing yoga, cycling on the Chief Commanda Bridge, looking for new podcasts and spending time with her family and cat, Phoebe.
