For every New Patient coming to the clinic, an initial assessment is required to evaluate current chief complaints. We go over a review of findings and diagnosis, as well as set up a treatment protocol. Treatment is also included in an initial visit and/or referrals if needed.
This visit is used as an initial evaluation of current complaints for cold laser therapy. We evaluate, go over a review of finding, diagnose and choose the laser protocol that is most beneficial. Cold Laser therapy is not include in this initial evaluation as treatment times have not yet been established.
This visit is for ages infancy-13. This includes history, examination, diagnosis/review of findings and treatment.
Includes soft tissue, adjustments and any other modality used during the visit (taping, instrument assisted soft tissue, rehab/home care)
This treatment visit is for students and are booked after an initial visit. This is the standard follow up visit going forward throughout a treatment protocol. This visit includes any modalities used during the visit (taping, IAST, cupping, rehab exercises etc.)
