Dr. Lauren Russell is a licensed naturopathic doctor practicing at Summit Sports & Health in Saskatoon's Riversdale neighbourhood. She provides comprehensive family medicine with a particular focus in hormonal health, reproductive health, digestive health, and children's health.
Lauren's approach is rooted in getting to the actual cause of why you feel the way you do, not just managing symptoms. She takes time to truly listen, interprets lab work for optimal (not just "normal") values, and collaborates with you on a treatment plan that fits your real life. She's also trained in acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, and intuitive eating counselling, which she incorporates into ongoing care as appropriate.
She holds a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine and is licensed under the Saskatchewan Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (SANP).
