My name is Leesha Birdi, and I am a registered naturopathic doctor dedicated to supporting
individuals on their unique health journeys. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and
Psychology from the University of Toronto, and I completed my Doctorate in Naturopathic
Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. During my training, I received
focused, intensive education in integrative oncology, which has become a core area of my
clinical expertise. I am passionate about helping patients through their cancer journey, alongside
conventional treatments and during remission.
In addition to oncology, I have a strong interest in women’s hormonal health (PMS, PCOS,
menopause, thyroid health), autoimmune conditions (including allergies and food sensitivities),
stress and burnout, digestive health (GERD, IBS) and metabolic health (diabetes, cholesterol,
insulin support). My approach centers on identifying and addressing the root cause of your health
concerns, while working collaboratively with you to restore balance and build long-term
wellness. I believe that healing is not linear—especially when dealing with chronic conditions—
and part of my role is to help you navigate the ups and downs with clarity, compassion, and
empowerment. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more in control of your health and
well-being.
