Lena grew up in Mildmay, attending Sacred Heart School as a child, followed by secondary education at Sacred Heart High School in Walkerton. She then attended Ontario Tech University in Oshawa obtaining her Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) in Kinesiology and recently graduated with her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in North York. In her spare time Lena enjoys running, hiking, swimming and spending time with her friends and family.

This is a 15 minute booking for completing acupuncture care provided by Dr. Lena; this appointment may be booked after a completed initial visit.

This 30 minute booking option is available to those over 18 years of age who would like to have further treatment including soft-tissue therapy, education and exercise prescription. Please note that this appointment booking time includes time used for discussion, payment and re-booking of appointments.
Acupuncture is available with Dr. Lena after completion of an initial examination as an additional treatment method.
