With 19 years of clinical experience, my practice is grounded in a commitment to ongoing learning and delivering thoughtful, results-driven care. I completed my Bachelor of Science at Bishops University before graduating from Western States Chiropractic College in 2006. Most recently I earned a Master’s degree in Aging and Health from Queen’s University. My graduate research focused on the effectiveness of chiropractic care in treating a common cause of benign vertigo.
I work with patients of all ages, with a focused interest in supporting aging populations. My approach is centered on education and individualized care- ensuring each patient understands their condition, feels confident in their plan, and is supported every step of the way.
I utilize a range of gentle, evidence-informed techniques designed to reduce pain, restore function, and help patients move well in their daily lives. Care is always tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on long-term outcomes- not just short-term relief.
Outside the clinic, I value an active lifestyle. You’ll often find me weightlifting, hiking, or mountain biking—and when the opportunity arises, racing my car at the track in Calabogie.

The College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO) is the licensing body for Chiropractic in Ontario. All regular chiropractic patients are required to be re-examined every 24 visits, or every 12 months, whichever occurs first. This appointment will involve examination procedures to re-evaluate the conditions the chiropractor is treating, or is booked when the patient has a new injury/condition. This appointment is in addition to treatment.
This appointment is for patients that require treatment additional to spinal and/or extremity adjustment. Ultrasound and Interferential current are electrical modalities that help inflammation and tight muscles. Treatment with either can help speed up the bodies natural healing.
