Dr. Lisa Ramsackal – Chiropractor, Registered Acupuncturist & Founder of Innova Integrated Wellness Centre
Dr. Lisa Ramsackal is a Chiropractor and Registered Acupuncturist, and the founder of Innova Integrated Wellness Centre in Mississauga. Driven by a passion for patient-centered, holistic care, she established the centre to identify the root causes of health issues and provide personalized treatment plans that help patients achieve their optimal health and wellness goals.
Noted for her multimodal and effective treatment approach, Dr. Lisa integrates her background as a Personal Trainer with expertise in chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Medical Acupuncture, sports and injury rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, Active Release Techniques (ART), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and myofascial and TCM-based cupping. She also holds certification in the Webster Technique for managing pre- and post-pregnancy pelvic pain. Dr. Lisa treats a diverse patient base, from children to seniors, and is recognized for managing complex sports injuries in the Mississauga area.
Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Lisa is deeply committed to community and corporate wellness education. She frequently leads corporate wellness talks for companies and organizations. Such organizations include: Sandvik Canada, Microsoft, Mississauga Soccer Club, Desjardins Financial Independent Network, Peel Region Board of Approved Basketball Officials and MBOT. Dr. Lisa is also a health and wellness writer for SMJ Magazine She has been featured on Rogers TV and Riyad Sangeet TV, sharing health tips and wellness strategies.
At Innova Integrated Wellness Centre, Dr. Lisa empowers patients in Mississauga and surrounding areas to achieve lasting wellness through comprehensive, evidence-based chiropractic care, acupuncture, and holistic health strategies.
Her passion for patient care has led to her being awarded for Patient Care Award - 2019 with the Ontario Chiropractic Association and New Business of the Year Award - 2019 with Mississauga Board of Trade.
