Liz focuses on all things women’s health, including hormonal health, fertility, sexual health, periods, stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, weight management, skin concerns, digestion, and low energy.
Liz’s passion to help others is what motivated her to pursue naturopathic medicine. She deeply resonates with the values of teaching others about their health, treating the root cause of symptoms and disease, and being able to support the body in a holistic way (mind, body, and soul). She helps her patients break through barriers to reach their fullest potentials.
Liz is very easy going and loves to have a good time. You can probably catch her at a coffee shop working, watching the Leafs, at a hot yoga class, or at an outdoor concert. During the summer, Liz loves relaxing at her family cottage on Georgian Bay.
