Born and raised in Calgary AB, Lyndsey is a Doctor of Acupuncture and sound healing practitioner with over a decade of experience in integrative medicine. She draws on a diverse range of modalities including traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, sound healing, herbal medicine, reiki, feng shui, and medical astrology to support wellness on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
Dr. Tucker treats a wide spectrum of health concerns, including chronic and acute pain, stress, depression, and anxiety, as well as digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, post-operative recovery, and insomnia. Her sessions are personalized and collaborative, combining time tested healing traditions like cupping and moxibustion with gentle, frequency based therapies for those seeking needle-free alternatives.
In addition to clinical practice, Lyndsey teaches for the Tao of Women Institute and focuses on providing valuable education to her patients and followers on social media. Her work honors both the science and spirit of healing, creating space for meaningful transformation.
When not in the clinic, Lyndsey enjoys spending time around the city and in the mountains with her partner, daughter, and their beloved fur babies. She is proud to serve the Calgary community she calls home.

Dr. Lyndsey will then develop a personalized treatment plan based on your individual needs. You will then receive an acupuncture treatment, which involves the insertion of fine needles into specific points on the body to promote healing and balance. The treatment is generally painless and relaxing.
