This 45 minute follow up appointment is the right amount of time for a CHECK IN to see how your treatment plan is going and to review TWO OR MORE SETS OF LABORATORY RESULTS, discuss the details of your INDIVIDUALIZED NUTRITION PLAN, or receive an ACUPUNCTURE treatment.

This 60 minute follow up appointment is the right amount of time for a CHECK IN to see how your treatment plan is going and spend a little extra time with be discussing whatever your health needs are, discuss TWO OR MORE SETS OF LABORATORY RESULTS, discuss the details of your INDIVIDUALIZED NUTRITION PLAN, or receive an extended ACUPUNCTURE treatment.

This is your FIRST VISIT WITH ME. In this hour long visit, we will complete a comprehensive evaluation of your current concerns and health history, do a focused physical exam, discuss recommended laboratory testing and start the first-steps of your treatment plan.

This 10 minute appointment is for EXISTING PATIENTS ONLY who need a brief bloodwork results review outside of a follow up appointment. I will use this time to CALL YOU ON THE PHONE, review relevant bloodwork results and make additions to your treatment plan as indicated.

This 10 minute appointment is for EXISTING PATIENTS ONLY who need a prescription refill but do not have time for a follow up appointment. I will use this time to call the pharmacy to renew your prescription. If I have any questions you will receive a call from me at this time. If you choose this appointment I will refill 1-2 months of your prescription until you have enough time to come in for a follow up appointment.

This is a TELEMEDICINE visit for new patients - it is a great way for us to meet each other and learn how Naturopathic Medicine can help you. If I think you would be better matched with another practitioner I will refer you to someone who will give you exceptional care.
