This appointment begins with a 15-minute intake to review your health status and goals. Dr. Kate will begin the treatment with a relaxing gua sha facial massage to increase circulation and lymph flow in your face. This will be followed by the insertion of body acupuncture points to support foundational health imbalances that may be effecting your skin. Finally, facial acupuncture points will be inserted in specific locations to target your particular skin concerns. For optimal results, 4-6 sessions should be booked weekly or every other week.
