Dr. Mandy-Jo grew up in Dauphin, MB and has always had a passion for health and wellness. She first discovered the transformative effects of chiropractic care from her hometown chiropractor. After high school, she graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology Honor's degree in 2021. She then went to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University graduating summa cum laude in November 2024. She has worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds to address a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
Dr. Mandy-Jo takes a holistic, evidence-based, patient-centred approach to chiropractic care. She believes in treating the whole body by focusing on the spine and nervous system to heal, restore healthy function and reduce pain. In addition, she is extremely passionate about women's health. Her care includes diversified spinal manipulation and mobilization, motion palpation, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, patient education and rehabilitation.
Dr. Mandy-Jo practices alongside her husband Dr. Kieran. When she is not in the office, she enjoys reading, going to the gym, going for walks with her dog Luna, attending to her plants, and spending time with family.
