Dr. MJ grew up in the Lower Mainland and was drawn to Kelowna by its natural beauty and
strong sense of community. She completed her undergraduate education at Simon Fraser
University, majoring in Biomedical Physiology with a minor in Gerontology. She went on to
earn her chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon,
graduating summa cum laude.
Dr. MJ is excited to be practicing locally and supporting patients through an evidence-based,
patient-centred approach to care. Her treatment style combines diversified chiropractic adjusting,
soft tissue therapy, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and personalized
rehabilitation exercises.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. MJ enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors through hiking,
swimming, and yoga. She also loves baking and travelling, and brings that same balance and
positivity into her practice.
