With 25 years of experience in kinesiology and chiropractic care, I have seen various sorts of neuromusculoskeletal injuries from head to toe and can say that the majority of the scientific evidence suggests holistic, conservative care including reassurance, acupuncture, manual therapies (massage work, adjustments, or joint work) & especially exercise rehabilitation.
I also love sports performance and would really like to expand this part of my practice working with athletes young and old 🙂 in whatever setting is best including group sessions for strength and conditioning, mobility work or general education.

I have extensive knowledge where patients have been referred for potential invasive procedures like cortisone injections, potential surgery, and the like.
After my evaluation, if I believe your case would benefit from a possible surgical consultation I have developed an excellent network in Southern Ontario for spine cases, and where hip and knee
replacements might be necessary. As always, I strive to keep up with the latest evidence and best practices and bring my best to the Kirkland and District Area.
