MIND-BODY CONNECTION: Exploration of emotional, psychological, and lifestyle factors influencing fertility (stress management, emotional well-being, relationship dynamics). CUSTOMIZED ACTION PLAN: Develop a personalized fertility action plan, including diet/nutrition, exercise, self-care, stress reduction techniques, and fertility-boosting practices and providing additional clarity or emotional support to navigate them. ONGOING SUPPORT: Recommendations for self-reflection, journaling, and other ongoing activities to stay connected to their fertility journey.

This visit is required for new injection clients who have not previously discussed injectable therapy with Dr. Bridget McMaster, ND. During this appointment, your health history, indication for treatment, safety considerations, and injection plan will be reviewed prior to receiving treatment.
