DR. MARILENA CARANO, BSc (HONS)
DOCTOR OF CHIROPRACTIC
Dr. Carano has been happily practicing chiropractic care for over 26 years. She graduated with Honours from the University of Toronto in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree and then continued her studies at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, receiving her Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1997. In 2006, she earned her Traditional Chinese Acupuncture Certificate, and the following year attended McMaster University to obtain her Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Certificate, successfully incorporating both modalities alongside her chiropractic practice in order for her patients to obtain optimal health. Dr. Carano uses both Hands On and Activator Methods Techniques when adjusting her patients and Cold Laser Therapy and Red/Infrared Light Therapy for soft tissue repair and facial rejuvenation.
