I am so excited to create and grow this wonderful community in the heart of the Glebe. I love Ottawa and am so excited to bring amazing quality care to the community in which I live and work! I don’t believe in a quick fix and a one-size-fits-all treatment model: I like to incorporate several techniques into one treatment to best suit each of my patients. I love what I do, and I’m passionate about movement and health. But above all, I really enjoy meeting new people and learning their stories. Everyone who comes to Refine has a different goal.
