Active Release Therapy is a subsequent chiropractic treatment. If you have not had chiropractic treatment at our facility you must book an initial assessment first.

A Chiropractic Initial Assessment is for patients that have never attended our office or not attended in the preceding 3 years. It includes a thorough history, where you'll be able to talk to the doctor about your concerns. The chiropractor will ask you questions about your pain, as well as your overall health so that he or she has a good understanding of your situation. The history will be followed by a comprehensive physical examination that will guide the chiropractor to the source of your problem. Once a working diagnosis is established, the chiropractor will describe a detailed treatment plan tailored specifically to you and your goals for recovery.

Your visit may include a spinal adjustment, mobilizations and/or soft tissue therapies like a brief massage or stretching. It may also include modalities such as cold laser therapy.
