Dr. Michelle Ing is a licensed chiropractor who takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to care, helping patients reduce pain, restore movement, and return to the activities they enjoy.
She earned her Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Her treatment approach combines spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, fascial scraping, and medical acupuncture to create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
As a former competitive swimmer, Dr. Ing understands the physical demands that sports and everyday life place on the body. This firsthand experience has shaped her commitment to helping patients recover effectively, move with confidence, and achieve lasting improvements in their health and function.
Dr. Ing has a special interest in treating TMJ dysfunction, headaches, and neck pain. She also works with patients experiencing sports injuries, movement-related conditions, and everyday aches and pains. Believing that the body functions as an interconnected system, she focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of pain to promote long-term recovery and overall well-being.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Ing enjoys exploring new cities, training for her next half marathon, and spending time outdoors.

This is a chiropractic rehabilitation session. We use the reformers and mat equipment as an exercise rehabilitative tool. Please book this if you have done an initial chiropractic appointment and it has been advised as part of your treatment plan. A chiropractic receipt will be issued for this session.
Our chiropractors have specialized training in assessing and treating disorders as they related to the jaw (TMJ). Book this if you are experience jaw or facial pain, clicking, popping, locking, tension, grinding, headaches, neck pain, tinnitus, vertigo or any other symptom as they related to the jaw, face and neck.
