Dr. Mike Jess is an experienced chiropractor and craniosacral therapist who has been serving the Pemberton community since 1998. With over two decades of hands-on experience, Dr. Jess is dedicated to helping patients relieve pain, restore function, and achieve holistic wellness through personalized, evidence-informed care.
As a chiropractor, Dr. Jess focuses on identifying and treating spinal dysfunction, which is often the root cause of not only back pain, but also headaches, numbness and tingling, joint pain, and even digestive or respiratory issues. Chiropractic adjustments help to improve nervous system function, reduce tension, and support the body’s natural healing abilities.
Dr. Jess also offers craniosacral therapy—a gentle, meditative form of bodywork that helps resolve deeper physical and emotional imbalances. Craniosacral therapy is particularly effective for managing chronic stress, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation, and is known for its calming, grounding effect.
Believing that true health extends beyond the treatment room, Dr. Jess integrates lifestyle coaching into his care. He encourages a balanced lifestyle that includes a nutritious diet, regular physical activity, time outdoors, and space for relaxation and creativity. Dr. Jess graduated with honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He holds advanced certifications in craniosacral therapy through both the Milne Institute and the Upledger Institute, ensuring safe, skilled, and effective treatment for a wide range of health concerns.
